Nguyen Cuu Duc Binh (LL.M, Atty)

Mr. Binh received an undergraduate degree in Law from the Law School - Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 2003 and a Master of Law in 2007. After a training program of law and management at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada and a period of law teaching at the Faculty of Law - Vietnam National University, Mr. Binh has devoted all his career to practice law practice as a lawyer. With more than 15 years of experience as a consultant for big financial and banking institutions such as Vietcombank, PVI Insurance, PVI Asset Management, etc., Binh has contributed to the success of many large transactions such as:

• The restructuring of a leading insurance company in Vietnam (2011)
• Transaction of foreign investors contributing capital to invest in a life insurance company in Vietnam (2011)
• FPSO contract between Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and partner (2012)
• M&A a Vietnamese Fund Management Company (sell side) (2013)
• The restructuring of a leading real eastate company in Vietnam (2014)
• Establishing an Asset Management Company under a leading insurance company in Vietnam (2015) 
• Transaction of a part of the largest real estate project in Hanoi between Korean investor and partner (2016)
• Transaction of real estate project and project distribution in Nha Trang City - Khanh Hoa Province  (2018)
• Electricial Power 500KV Song Hau - Duc Hoa Project (2020)

Mr. Binh is an attorney at law and a member of Hanoi Bar Association, who received many success in the courtroom.
